He was a firm believer in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and considered himself a walking advertisement for its positive effects.

Eating a balanced meal that’s full of nutrients can help lift your mood, calm you down, and give you a better sense of wellbeing. As we get older, it’s especially important to make sure we’re eating right to keep our mental health in check.
